  1. Introduction

    1. This Shipping Policy (“Shipping Policy”) of Rigel Distributor (“Company”, “Our”, “We”, “Us”) guides you on the various practices We adopt related to the shipping of Our products. “You” or “you” or “reseller” means a reseller, channel partner, dealer, sales representative, or any other distributor or wholesaler (including your affiliates) by whatever name known and based anywhere in the world that procures or buys products from the Company for reselling or distributing it to the end-users.

  1. Types of Shipping

    1. Free Shipping:

      1. We provide free shipping on certain of Our eligible products or resellers. If the products are eligible for free shipping the said information will be specified at the time when the product is being offered for sale on Our website or shown at the checkout page.

      1. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is only available for local or domestic shipments and not for any global shipments. The eligible resellers for obtaining free shipping will be those who are under the scope of certain memberships/partner programs with Us or where the purchase value of the transaction is beyond a certain threshold as determined by Us in Our sole discretion.

      1. Free shipping does not apply to any cash-on-delivery purchases.

      1. For certain products that are to be shipped internationally, free shipping may not be applicable if the same was available if the same product(s) was shipped locally.

      1. Any free shipping order cannot be combined with an order for a paid shipping order to obtain the benefits of free shipping.

    1. Paid Shipping:

      1. For products that are not eligible for free shipping, We will charge as per Our then-current rates as specified at the time when the product is being offered for sale on Our website or shown at the checkout page.

      1. All paid shipping will be subject to freight carrier shipping rates, fuel surcharges, and other fees or charges as applicable. The paid shipping charges will be more for international shipping compared to domestic shipping.

    1. In certain cases, We may provide free shipping for Express and Priority/Overnight Delivery subject to you meeting certain eligibility requirements and/or the products being eligible for the same or any other criteria as determined by Us in our sole discretion.

    1. The above-stated shipping timelines are only applicable for shipments in the continental United States.

    1. For international shipments, the timelines may vary from country to country, and such information will be available at checkout.

    1. Shipping rates for all the above delivery methods will be displayed to you at checkout and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to the size of packing, the weight of packing, origin, destination, and insurance.

  1. Shipping Requirements

    1. You shall provide your complete address including phone number, alternate phone number, and email to enable Us to ship the products at the correct destination.

    1. For a shipment to be initiated by Us, the following conditions need to be fulfilled by you:

      1. Submit a verification that all products will be purchased from Us for resale

      2. Submit an account application filled and signed

      3. Complete credit card authorization form filled and signed

      4. Submit information or documents such as including but not limited to a federal identification number, tax resale certificate, or any other information or documents as requested by Us from time to time

  1. Delivery

    1. We will use our commercially reasonable efforts to ship the products whose orders We have received from you by 6:00 pm PST subject to the availability of the freight carrier and the products.

    1. We will process your orders within 2-3 business days. We do not process the orders on weekends or holidays.

    1. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation or a mobile notification of the shipment containing the tracking number(s).

    1. We may be unable to ship any products on the same day in cases such as the product being out of stock, or any special or custom orders, dropship orders, or fulfillment orders.

    1. If you order for any out of stock products or for any specific or custom orders, such orders once placed cannot be canceled for any reason. Additionally, you have to pay 50% of the value of the said products at the time of placing the order, and only after We receive your initial payment as specified, We can place such order with the concerned vendor. The delivery of such products to you will be dependent on the receipt of such products from the vendor.

  1. Returns

    1. For initiating any returns, please contact Us at details provided in this Shipping Policy. We will require a product return authorization (“Return Authorization”) to be executed by Our authorized representative. Any such Return Authorization is only valid from 30 days from the date of issuance of the same unless a different timeline is being specified in the Return Authorization.

    1. For obtaining a Return Authorization, you will need to provide the following information or any other information as requested by Our customer support:

      1. Your Account Number with Us

      2. Order number

      3. Address (billing and shipping)

      4. Description of the product you are returning

      5. Reason for returning

      6. Your preference either for return or exchange

    1. The Return Authorization obtained shall be printed clearly on the outside of the packaging carton. You should ensure to securely protect the products in appropriate packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return shipment if the Return Authorization Number is not printed on the carton or is not visible or the return we receive is inadequately packed.

    1. You should ensure to return all the original packaging along with any accessories, materials, instruction manuals with the product.

    1. The product securely packaged as mentioned shall be sent at Our contact details as specified in the Shipping Policy below or any other address if indicated by Us.

    1. It is recommended that you retain all orders and shipping information such as order number, shipping tracking numbers until you have received the return or exchange.

    1. We reserve the right to reject any returns which fail to comply with any of the requirements as stated in this Shipping Policy or as otherwise notified to you from time to time.

    1. Before processing the return or exchange, We reserve the right to test the products. If the product qualifies for any warranty, the said products may be repaired or exchanged.

    1. Special/custom orders or orders which were out of stock and were ordered specifically at your request are not eligible for return.

    1. Any returns are subject to the returns and shipping policy of respective vendors. There may be vendors who do not provide any returns or do not provide returns for any specific products.

    1. Before returning the products it is recommended that you contact Us so that We may be able to guide on any installation or other aspects to avoid a situation of return.

    1. All rules specified above will apply to defective product returns or non-defective product returns unless expressly stated otherwise or notified to you.

    1. You are responsible for any freight or shipping costs, insurance charges for returning the products to Us.

    1. If an order is canceled for any reason by you and if the said order was applicable for any shipping charges, you will be responsible to compensate Us for all the shipping charges incurred including any cash on delivery fees or any other fees as indicated during the product checkout.

    1. Returns where products are defective:

      1. If you purchased a product from Us and if the product is defective or incompatible, you can return the same within thirty (30) of you originally placing the order or any other period being specified by Us at checkout.

      1. We may consider the return if you make the same even after thirty (30) days subject to factors such as the vendor return policy and any applicable warranties on the products.

    1. Returns where products are not defective:

      1. If any of the products are found to be non-defective, you can return the same to Us within thirty (30) days of you originally placing the order or any other period being specified by Us at checkout.

      1. We reserve the right to a 10% restocking fee or any other fee as notified to you during checkout or product return.

      1. We will not consider any return for non-defective products if the request for the same is made after thirty (30) days of you originally placing the order.

  1. International Shipping

    1. We ship the products to all major destinations across the world unless expressly stated elsewhere in this Shipping Policy or as otherwise notified from time to time on Our website.

    1. We do not ship to international locations Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe, or any countries which are under the list of sanctioned countries as notified by the United States government from time to time.

  1. Shipping Methods

    1. We will ship the products using the best available method/carrier considering the features of the product(s) being shipped and the place to where such products are being shipped and the decision of selecting the appropriate carrier/method solely rests with Us.

  1. Damage Claims

    1. Once the products are delivered to the freight carrier, the responsibility related to damages will be the responsibility of the concerned freight carrier.

    1. We are not liable for any products lost or misplaced during shipping. You should directly file the claim with the carrier.

    1. If you have determined that the products shipped to you are damaged, you should notify Us and the concerned freight carrier within 24 hours. You may refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery if the packaging appears to be damaged but at the same time immediately inform Us.

    1. You should make any claims related to damages directly to the freight carrier. You should retain all packaging materials when filing a damage claim.

  1. Additional Terms

    1. We are not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes or other levies as applicable to your orders imposed during or after the shipping of the products all of such are your sole responsibility.

    1. We reserve the right (in addition to any other rights as may be available to Us under law or in equity) to hold any of your shipments if we believe that your account is delinquent or you have financial liability towards Us which you have not yet fulfilled or in case of any breach committed by you. In such situations, We also reserve the right to convert any shipments which were originally on cash on a delivery basis to prepaid model unless and until we believe that your account has come out of the delinquent status or there are no liabilities from you to Us or you have rectified the breach. We may in Our sole discretion contact you before the suspension of any of your product shipments.

    1. We reserve the right to charge any other fees or charges including insurance fees or oversize fees depending on the product being shipped, the destination to where the products have been shipped, type of products, or as required by applicable law or as per any applicable standards or as imposed by the freight carrier.

    1. Any shipping charges or any additional charges as mentioned in this Shipping Policy are calculated and added to your invoice. For the sake of clarity, all such shipping charges are non-refundable in any circumstances.

    1. Shipments (including Express or Priority/Overnight shipments) may be delayed for reasons such as high volumes of orders, non-availability of products, or for any reason beyond our control such as any force majeure events or acts of God and we shall not be responsible or liable for delayed shipments due to such reasons. We may endeavor to contact you in case of significant delays. We are not liable to you for any delays caused by the carrier.

    1. The delivery dates provided in this Policy or elsewhere during the checkout stage are merely estimates and any delays or failures will not constitute grounds for you to set-off, chargeback, or any seek any damages from Us.

    1. We do not ship any of the products to P.O. boxes or Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

    1. We reserve the right in Our sole discretion to revise the Shipping Policy in whole or in part and any such revised Shipping Policy will be available on Our website.
